Detail Page (Analyzing Report Data)
The Detail Page provides insight into the underlying data behind the figures displayed in a report.
Opening the Detail Page
Open a report, for example the Profit and Loss Statement, and click any amount.
The Detail Page will then open, displaying the underlying transactions and details for the selected figure.
All underlying transactions for the selected amount are displayed here.
Working with the Transaction Table
In this screen, you can analyze and customize the displayed data.
Moving Tables

Click and hold a table to drag it to a different position.

This allows you to organize your workspace according to your preferences.
Opening Table Settings
Click the three-dot menu in a column header to open the table settings.
Available Options
Apply Filters
Filter data using the following conditions:

Equals
-
Does not equal
-
Greater than / Less than
-
Between values
-
Empty / Not empty
Sort Data
-
Ascending (A-Z)
-
Descending (Z-A)
Pin or Hide Columns
-
Pin important columns to keep them visible while scrolling.

Hide columns that are not relevant to your analysis.
Manage Columns
Use this option to determine:

Which columns are visible.
-
The order in which columns are displayed.
Reset Table
Restores the table to its default layout and settings.
Exporting to Excel
The transaction data can be exported to Excel using the Export to Excel option located in the upper-left corner of the transaction table.
This is useful when you want to:

Perform additional analyses.
-
Share the data with others.
-
Create PivotTables in Excel.
Table View (Analysis by Dimension)
Click TABLE in the upper-right corner to switch to an alternative table view.
In this view, you can group and summarize data using different dimensions.

This allows you to:

Analyze revenue by month.

Chart View
Click GRAPH in the upper-right corner to visualize the data in a graphical format.
Available Options
The Chart View allows you to visualize data in different ways, including:

Distribution by period (for example, months).

Distribution by dimension (for example, Cost Centers).

Identifying visual trends.
Charts make it easier to:

Recognize patterns.
-
Identify anomalies.
-
Present financial data clearly.
