Main menu

Use the Main Menu to navigate to all parts of Factview. The available options are organized into logical categories, making it easy to switch between data management, reporting, and other application features.

Recently Opened​

Under Recently Opened, you'll find the reports and pages you have opened most recently, allowing you to quickly continue where you left off.

Dossier Management​

Within Dossier Management, you can manage the data and reports for the selected Dossier.

Consolidation​

Open or manage consolidations that combine multiple administrations.

Data​

Manage the data for the selected Dossier, including:

  • Administrations

  • Import Sets

  • Datasets

  • General Ledger Accounts

  • Report Structures

  • Structure Mappings

Open Reports​

Open the available reports to analyze financial data.

Dossier Extensions​

Under Dossier Extensions, you'll find additional Factview modules.

Budgeting​

Create and manage budgets for the selected Dossier.

Publish​

Publish reports so they are available to other users.

Advanced Options​

The Advanced Options section contains the more advanced features of Factview.

Forecasting​

Create forecasts based on existing data and budgets.

Consolidations​

Create and manage consolidated reports for multiple administrations.

Expanding and Collapsing​

Menu items with an arrow contain additional pages. Click the arrow to expand or collapse a category.

You can also collapse the entire Main Menu to create more space in the workspace.

Click a menu item to open the corresponding page. The active page is highlighted, so you can always see where you are within Factview.
