Structure Mapping
In Factview, General Ledger Accounts are organized within a Report Structure. This structure determines how financial data is displayed in reports, such as the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Statement.
Once accounts have been mapped, they are automatically included in the structure. Within the structure, you can view where accounts have been assigned and modify their location if necessary.
The structure consists of multiple categories and subcategories used to group accounts.
Opening Structure Mapping
Navigate to:
Data → Manage and Organize → Structure Mapping
This opens the Structure Mapping screen.
