Report Menu – Column Selection
Use Column Selection to determine which data is displayed in the report columns.
You can configure the Dataset, fiscal year, display options, and additional columns, making it easy to compare different datasets or reporting periods within a single report.
The Column Selection menu is located at the top of the report.
Column Selection Overview
The image below shows the Column Selection menu. The available settings are explained in the following sections.
Display
Choose how the data is displayed in the column.
Available options include:

Amount
-
Calculation
-
Percentage relative to a selected category, such as revenue or costs
Dataset
Select the Dataset whose figures you want to display.
Examples include:

Actuals
-
Budget
-
Forecast
-
Planning
Year
Select the fiscal year for which the data should be displayed.
Supplement With
Add an additional Dataset to the report to compare figures.
Supplement From
Specify the period from which the additional Dataset should be displayed.
Show Cumulative
Choose whether amounts are displayed cumulatively or per period.
Column Header
Assign a custom name to the column so it is clear what data it contains.
Additional Functions
Add Column
Add an extra column to the report.
You can add up to six additional columns to compare different datasets, calculations, or percentages side by side.
Reload
Reloads the report using the current settings.
Year Totals (TTC)
Displays the annual totals for the report in a separate column.
Column Selection makes it easy to perform analyses by displaying multiple datasets, fiscal years, or calculations side by side. This allows differences and trends to be identified at a glance.
