Standard Reports in Factview

Factview includes a range of standard reports. These reports can be found under Reports in the Factviews tab.

Overview of Standard Reports

This screen displays all standard reports available in Factview.

Each report is shown as a tile that can be opened in the Dashboard.

Main Standard Reports

The three most important reports are highlighted with a green background:

• Profit and Loss Statement

• Balance Sheet

• Cash Flow Statement

These reports form the foundation of financial analysis in Factview.

Using Datasets in Reports

The three main reports can display data from different datasets, including:

• Actuals

• Budget

• Forecast

This allows users to compare and analyze different financial scenarios.

The remaining standard reports use only the Actuals dataset.

Report Layout

All reports in Factview are available through:

Main Menu → Reports

After opening a report:

• It is displayed in the Dashboard.

• Each report opens in a separate tab.

• Multiple reports can be viewed at the same time.

Graphical Reports

In addition to numerical reports, Factview also includes graphical reports.

These reports present information using:

• Charts

• Dashboards

• Visual analyses

This makes it easier to identify trends and gain insights at a glance.
