Managementviews
Using the Save As function, reports in Factview can be saved with predefined settings. A report saved in this way is called a Managementview.
A Managementview is a report that:
-
Is preconfigured.
-
Contains specific filters and settings.
-
Is ready for immediate use.
How Managementviews Work
An administrator can:
-
Fully configure a report (dataset, filters, display settings, and more).
-
Save it using Save As.
-
Assign a name and, optionally, a description.
The Managementview then becomes available as a separate report under:
Main Menu → Open Reports → Managementviews
When opened, a Managementview is displayed in the Dashboard with a red tab, making it easy to identify.
Characteristics of a Managementview

The report settings are predefined and saved.

-
The report does not need to be configured each time it is opened.
